About Emerson Arellano
Early Life
Emerson Arellano was born in the Fort Hood/Killeen area of Texas and raised in Brownsville, Texas. At a young age, Emerson was interested in understanding the rules that governed the interactions between civilians and law enforcement. Later, Emerson became interested in the rules that governed the interactions between civilians. Emerson decided he wanted to be an attorney after he witnessed a dispute concerning the enforcement of a contract.
Education
Emerson attended and graduated from James Pace High School in Brownsville, Texas. He graduated in the top 10% of his class and decided to continue his education at The University of Texas at Austin. At the University of Texas at Austin, Emerson enrolled in the McCombs School of Business. He earned his bachelor degree in Business Administration in finance from the McCombs School of Business in May 2004. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree, Emerson enrolled at Texas Wesleyan School of Law to achieve his goal of becoming an attorney.
Joining Our Firm
Emerson earned his doctorate in jurisprudence in December 2008 among the top students in his class. Emerson obtained his license to practice law in Texas in May 2009. Since 2009, Emerson has practiced law at the Law Office of Ramon Garcia. Emerson handles a diverse set of cases including personal injury, construction defect, contractual disputes, and probate matters.
